The Woodlands-based company represented buyers and sellers in multiple commercial real estate transactions in the Houston region.

The Woodlands, TX, March 2020 – Jonathan Sellers, CPA and Bryan Roberts of MHW Brokerage Services represented the Seller, American National Carbide Company in the sale/leaseback of a 48,500 sf industrial property at 915 South Cherry Street in Tomball, Texas. David Dunn of Dunn Commercial represented the Buyer, JPL Ventures South Cherry, LLC.

Willis DTP, LLC purchased 1.32 acres of land on East Powell St in Willis. Bryan Roberts of MHW Brokerage Services represented the Buyer. Robert Graham of Arrowstar Realty represented the Seller, Araceli Ranch, LLC.

Lex Parker of MHW Brokerage Services represented the Buyer, KSM Development, LLC, in the purchase of 4.129 acres of land on Nichols Sawmill Road in Magnolia. John Nichols of Nichols Realty represented the Seller.

El Jefe Properties, LLC has purchased a 3,141 sf office building at 16414 North Eldridge Parkway in Tomball. Jonathan Sellers, CPA of MHW Brokerage Services represented the Buyer and Joel English of Texas CRES represented the Seller, HLBJ Development, LLC.
