Before joining MHW, she was employed within the HCA healthcare system as a department secretary and accounting intern where she developed a stronger interest in accounting. Excited to expand her career in accounting and specifically within the real estate industry, Paige is following in her family’s footsteps by joining the MHW team as our accountant.
Paige was recently married to her high school sweetheart in June of this year. In her spare time, as a former athlete, she loves coaching young girls in volleyball and enjoys serving as a youth leader at her church here in Conroe.
A native Texan, Jo Smith-Sullivan was raised in the Dallas area and located to Montgomery
County after graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Advertising. Jo spent over 36 years in sales including positions within the print media, fashion,
and the hotel industries. Semi-retired, she joined the MHW team in 2021 and assists with
Business Development while focusing on our Investor Relations program where she has the
opportunity to interact with our investors and maintain the investor portal. Jo and her husband
recently moved to the Texas Hill Country where she continues to work remotely for MHW and
continues her work with the Alzheimer’s Association and church ministries.
Oscar Martinez joins the MHW team as a commercial real estate Associate. A midwestern native, Oscar has called
Montgomery County home for over ten years. Having served the public as a first responder Paramedic, educator,
and business owner; Oscar has led financial and clinical oversight to many private health sector firms of the region.
While Oscar will specialize in the healthcare sector, he is ready to work with you on your next commercial real
estate transaction. If you are looking for your next space to lease, a building to purchase or to find the perfect

In his free time, he spends his time with his family. They can typically be found golfing, swimming, traveling, or
hiking.
Robbie Harman joins the MHW team as an Associate focusing on commercial brokerage services. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science, Robbie has 6 years of experience in construction project management with a focus on tenant improvement projects for office and industrial properties. Wanting to pursue a career in brokerage he recently obtained his Texas Real Estate License. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family.
Blake McGuire moved to the Houston area to pursue a career in sales. Confident and driven, he began a career in retail sales and within a month of joining his company, was named one of the top performing salespeople in the Greater Houston area.
With a passion for sales and an interest in land assets, Blake acquired his Texas real estate license to advance his career. Blake will be working closely with the brokerage team at MHW as he focuses on multifamily investments in commercial real estate. Coinciding with his new career at MHW, Blake is working on acquiring a bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance and enjoys weight training and running in his spare time.
Katie Brannon joined the MHW team as Senior Director. She brings over 30 years of sales, marketing, and project management experience across a variety of industries, including software, real estate, insurance, retail, and hospitality, along with close to eight years as a top producer in Luxury Residential. Katie’s experience, knowledge, and attention to detail have made for a smooth transition into the commercial segment, while she continues to serve her residential clients. She is a trusted advisor and her focus is her clients’ goals. Katie moved to Montgomery County in 1971, and enjoys both her deep ties in the community and building new relationships.
Valorie Williams joins the MHW team as an Associate specializing in multifamily and self-storage acquisitions and dispositions. In addition, Valorie brings her previous experience in real estate investing, with extensive knowledge in debt-use financing along with underwriting, due diligence, and negotiations.
Growing up in Oregon, her father, a bridge engineer, introduced Valorie to the world of construction and she quickly became interested in commercial real estate. With an entrepreneurship outlook, Valorie, along with her husband has owned and operated various businesses including self-storage units, a home inspection company, and currently owns a payment processing company.
In her spare time, Valorie and her family give back to the community by fostering rescued animals and volunteering at their church.
A native of Oklahoma, Misty Shibley moved to Texas over 14 years ago with her husband and family and now calls Texas home. She joined the MHW team April 2021. A graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting and Management; her career includes previous experience in Sales and Sales Management, along with over 7 years in Commercial Real Estate Accounting. While balancing a career, Misty has been able to homeschool two of her four children the past several years. She has served in leadership roles within various organizations, including several within the CISD school system and her local church.
MHW Real Estate co-founder Mitchell Oxman offers clients and investors four decades of commercial real estate development experience and an entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of transforming investments into profits.
Mr. Oxman began his real estate career in the 1980s with a successful track record in shopping center, industrial property and office building leasing in California, Nevada and Arizona. Major clients included Lowes, Kroger, the Sands Hotel, MGM Grand, Humana Hospital and others.
It was during this time Oxman developed his unique syndicated investment strategy for the more manageable financing of larger real estate development projects. His forward thinking approach opened the door to allow investors the opportunity to minimize risk and achieve a more balanced, more profitable portfolio of investments.
In 2012, Oxman partnered with Jody Czajkoski to create MHW Real Estate – a commercial real estate, investment and development company focusing on opportunities in Montgomery, Harris and Walker Counties and throughout Texas. Oxman serves as an active force in identifying, financing and refining viable projects, from concept through fruition, for the company’s clients.
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tamra Sommerfeld relocated to Texas in 1974 with her family as a teen and has been a Texan ever since. Tamra has spent over 40 years in corporate administration in areas of property management, sales, human resources, accounting, and office management. After realizing that she was not ready to fully retire, she joined the MHW team in 2021 and assists with the offices’ daily operations. Married 42 years to her husband, Danny, they have raised their family in Conroe. In her spare time, Tamra loves to spend time with her family and friends, including her dogs and cat, listening to great music, and enjoying the outdoors.
A recent graduate of the University of Texas State, Brayden Czajkoski literally grew up in the real estate industry, helping his father with rent houses and showing property with his mother.
An honor student in both high school and college, Czajkoski earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on entrepreneurial studies in December of 2021. In addition to excelling at academics, he donated time and energy to a wide range of social and non-profit organizations during his college years.
Czajkoski just currently secured his real estate license, becoming a sales associate with MHW Real Estate with an emphasis on commercial brokerage services.
With 25 years of experience in business and finance in both the private and public sectors, Stephanne Davenport brings a wealth of skills and expertise to MHW Real Estate. Stephanne possesses the strategic tools of operations, financial planning and risk management necessary to meet the company’s goals. Stephanne is responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations of MHW including, Sales and Brokerage, Development & Construction, Contract Negotiations, Contractors and Vendors, Financial Reporting and Banking Relationships, Investors and Investor Relations.
During her tenure with Montgomery County government, Davenport was named Montgomery County “Employee of the Year” in 2011 and was elected as County Treasurer in 2014 – responsible for the disbursement of a $347 million budget and managing a $300 million investment portfolio.
An active member of her community, Davenport has served on the boards of 25 charitable organizations and received the Montgomery County Women’s Council of Organizations “Women of Distinction” Award in 2013 and 2017 for her service to the community.
Veteran commercial real estate professional Ron Brown is a valued addition to the MHW Real Estate
team with nearly 30 years of specialized experience. His background includes major corporate training
as well as personal entrepreneurship, owning and operating a number of successful businesses.
Since joining MHW Real Estate, Brown’s innovative approach to commercial real estate
challenges has made him a vital asset to many clients and investors.
Brown is active in local charitable causes and his wife serves as principal at Sacred Heart Catholic School in Conroe.
Bryan is a Senior Associate specializing in land acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining MHW Bryan spent over 15 years as a petroleum landman where he sharpened his skills in collaboration, negotiation, and honest interaction with his clients, all contributing to his status as top producer for MHW. As a native Texan, Bryan attended Willis High School and is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University. Bryan remains rooted in the community and enjoys outdoor sports including hunting and fishing with family and friends in his spare time.
Among the newest additions to the MHW Real Estate team is Ann Crocker, a veteran administrator with a strong and diverse background in facilitating the needs of the business and real estate industries. Her background includes working with owners to maximize the value of their investments. This has been achieved by her participation in sales and lease negotiations; due diligence, closing and management transactions. Crocker also has experience in data center plus asset management in multiple locations and states. The requirements in addition to property management included building renovation, construction management and human resource issues and overall reduction of expenses. She received multiple awards from her former employer, Bank of America, for her cost-saving efforts and management expertise.
A native Houstonian with a lifelong commitment to the local business and philanthropic community,
Ryan serves as Senior Vice President at MHW Real Estate following a distinguished 17 years with the
largest privately held firm in Houston, Moody Rambin Interests.
Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration/ marketing and has successfully
completed corporate real estate transactions valued in excess of $100 million. Ryan’s primary
role has been a Tenant/ Buyer advocate for lease and purchase transactions in the office,
industrial, retail and restaurant industry. Ryan’s expertise has allowed MHW Real Estate to
expand its services platform and has allowed Ryan to work with the principals of MHW to learn
the finer details of managing the process of syndicating residential, shopping center and office
building development.
In addition to his duties at MHW Real Estate, Ryan is active in a wide range of youth, scholastic and
charitable organizations throughout the region. When not at the office, Ryan enjoys spending most of
his free time with family and coaching / caddying his sons baseball teams and junior golf tournaments.
Herbert Melton is a licensed commercial real estate broker professional. Prior to joining MHW in 2021
he worked in oil & gas industry for 12 years, as a landman/ broker. He brings experience in contracts,
negotiating, title search, and corporate customer service at the highest level.
He has been a life-long resident of the Montgomery County graduating from New Caney High School in
1999. Herbert holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Houston Downtown. He is still
blessed to live in Willis, with his wife Meghann of 12 years and two boys.
The Melton’s are always working their land with different agricultural projects from gardening to beef
cattle and to teach the boys true meaning of hard work.
At the helm of MHW Real Estate is Jody Czajkoski, a dynamic leader whose impact on the community
extends from the board room to the halls of local government. In addition to his background and
expertise in commercial real estate, Czajkoski was elected to the Conroe City Council for two years and
in 2020 was elected mayor of Conroe – one of the fastest growing cities in America. He also served as
the city’s representative to the General Assembly and Board of Directors for the Houston-Galveston
Area Council in 2019 and 2020.
A native Texan, Czajkoski was raised in Marlin, Texas, and graduated from Sam Houston State University
with a Bachelor of Science degree. He was active in intercollegiate and professional rodeo and remains
an involved member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity. Earning his real estate license in 2000, Czajkoski
developed his uniquely successful approach to transactional business relationships with Coldwell
Banker, Moody Rambin Interests Investment Services Team and Ski Real Estate & Housing, Inc., among
others – brokering and developing more than a billion dollars of commercial and residential properties.
In 2011, Czajkoski launched MHW Real Estate, a company focused on hyper-local investment and
development opportunities in the Montgomery, Harris and Walker County areas. A year later he joined
forces with Mitchell Oxman to expand the scope and capabilities of the company.
Czajkoski, his wife and three children, are longtime residents of Montgomery County. In addition to the
family’s membership in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Czajkoski is active in a wide range of Christian
ministries, charitable organizations and civic programs benefiting the community. He was instrumental
in bringing the University of Saint Thomas to Conroe and received the organization’s MAX Innovator
Award in 2021. Czajkoski served as chair of the Parish Pastoral Council at Sacred Heart Catholic Church
and was founder of Faithfest, a 501c3 nonprofit promoting “unity in the community” and partners with
local non-profits to produce an annual music festival in Conroe.
With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Michael Evans serves as Manager of
Brokerage Services for MHW Real Estate. He earned a Bachelor degree in business administration before
learning his craft at The National Realty Group, Lee & Associates and the CoStar Group of Houston.
In addition to his duties at MHW Real Estate, Evans is the director of finance and serves on the board of
directors for the Texas Music Throwdown, an annual charitable event benefiting wounded military
veterans through non-profit organizations.
In his first year with MHW Real Estate, Randy Sanders distinguished himself as the top producing new
associate with the firm, focusing on industrial and retail properties.
After attending Lamar University and Sam Houston State University, Sanders pursued a career in public
service as a firefighter, EMT and law enforcement officer before transitioning to commercial real estate.
Jon Sellers, CPA and President of Development at MHW began his real estate career in 2000 at Invesco, one of the most entrepreneurial companies in Houston, TX. While working at Invesco as senior project analyst and member of the executive valuation committee, he developed a love for financial analysis and client services and learned to efficiently manage projects. Jon earned the coveted Solutions Builder award in 2005 for developing the company-wide trading operations manual for Credit Default Swap Securities. Client services was paramount at Invesco and Jon continues to carry integrity and passion to exceed expectations throughout every decision he makes today.
Jon joined The National Realty Group (TNRG) in 2006 as CFO and developer, providing financial support and direction for the company’s development and brokerage services teams. As CFO, Jon was responsible for over $150 million dollars of development across Houston. During his tenure, TNRG was listed as Top 100 Places to Work in Houston for three consecutive years and grew from 6 brokers to 23 brokers in 9 years, becoming one Houston’s largest privately owned commercial real estate firms.
Jon is a certified public accountant and a member of Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree, double majoring in Business Administration and Accounting with a focus in real estate finance.
Dr. Littell has extensive experience in both healthcare and healthcare facility ownership and administration. He has owned and/or operated nine hospitals, 6 surgery centers, 6 home health companies, and one medical equipment company. He was also one of the founders of a non-profit hospice in Abilene, Texas. He has also been a practice management consultant for several medical clinics.
In addition to his medical practice, he was a board member and instructor for The Meridian Institute for Surgical Assisting and served as proctor for many graduates. As well as being an associate with MHW Brokerage Services, he is still involved with his cousin, Dr. Omar Vidal, in the practice of Interventional Pain Management one or two days per week.
Jeremy has handled residential and retail construction, development, and retail NNN projects and listings. He grew up in the construction business and has been in real estate himself buying, selling, and developing properties for several years.
He was blessed to be able to retire at age 39 years old, after a year in Idaho he then realized he missed working and enjoyed keeping his mind busy and came back to Texas to work. His hobbies are cars and trucks, and flipping real estate. He and his wife of 19 years are very proud of their daughter who graduated high school at 16 years old, and will have an associates degree at 18 years old. She is attending A&M next year to start on a degree towards being a psychiatrist.
Sean brings his passion for Real Estate and Customer Service together at MHW focusing on Retail Landlord/Tenant Rep and Investment Sales. Sean uses his background in Sales, IT, and Project Management to provide value to his clients as they navigate their business needs.
Prior to joining MHW, Sean harnessed his sales skills across various roles and industries including industrial sales with W.W. Grainger and HR Outsourcing(PEO) for Questco. These skills give Sean the ability to listen attentively to his client’s needs and leverage technology and data to meet their goals and objectives.
Sean enjoys collaborating and recording music in his free time, cycling, and being active in the community.

Jeff Williams joined MHW in early 2016 to focus on commercial real estate. Prior to coming to MHW, Jeff worked for a year as a residential real estate agent with Ruth Stultz & Company, managing all aspects of the transaction for his clients, from marketing to closing, serving buyers, sellers, and tenants across Houston.
Before his career in real estate, Jeff spent 20 years in the IT industry, primarily as a Project Manager, successfully leading teams to deliver both local and global projects for major companies in the Oil & Gas, and Healthcare industries
Charitable work has been a focus for Jeff over the years. From years as a foster brother to orphans awaiting adoption, to cancer hospitals in Russia and Ukraine, to international refugee housing projects in Texas, service to others is a one of Jeff’s passions.
As a new member of the commercial real estate industry, Chase Lowe looks to provide a new outlook to the MHWRE’s vision. His involvement at the firm started as an intern after meeting Jody Czajkoski at a community event. As his knowledge and experience began to grow, his love for the industry began to grow as well. After successfully completing the Texas Real Estate course and exam in early 2016, he became a full-time member of the team. Chase brings a fresh, positive outlook to the commercial real estate market and looks to continue to expand his knowledge in all aspects of the industry.
Prior to joining the team at MHWRE, Chase proudly served his country in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Medical Technician. Specializing in flight medicine, he planned and provided specialty care and treatment to flying and special operations personnel. Over the span of his career, he was stationed at multiple duty stations with Little Rock Air Force Base being his final assignment. Chase remains on the Individual Ready Reserve, always prepared to answer his Nation’s call.
Chase is an avid outdoorsman. He finds peace and inspiration in the piney woods and marshes of East Texas. He is happily married to his wife, Samantha. The two can be often be found spending time in the community they both love.

Mark Windell began his real estate career at age 18 in the Lake Conroe area while attending college. Due to Mark’s leadership attributes and integrity, he was quickly promoted to management by the age of 21 where he was responsible for training and leading a top producing national real estate sales team.
By the age of 30, Mark had built a $15 million dollar residential development company and has been recognized as a premier home builder in North Montgomery County. His expansive real estate experience includes the development of three town home communities on Lake Conroe, the construction of over 300 residences totaling over $175 million dollars in sales, and the sellout of many of Lake Conroe’s finest waterfront sections in Bentwater and Grand Harbor.
While developing and constructing residential real estate can be taxing, Mark realizes the importance of family time. Mark is happily married to the love of his life Faline and has two children. Mark is passionate about supporting local charities and serves on advisory boards for two nonprofit organizations. Mark has also taken his charity work international and has been involved in mission trips to Pakistan and Central America.
Dharamdas “Dan” Nankani is an experienced Texas Real Estate Broker. He received his BA degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, in Real Estate Finance and Development. Dan obtained his Texas sales agent license in 2009 and his Texas Brokers license in 2011.
Over the past 10 years, Dan has closed over 50 million dollars in commercial real estate transactions. His expertise is in assisting his investment clients in locating and acquiring quality ‘undervalued” real estate assets. He has represented investors, sellers, tenants and landlords in a wide array of real estate transactions, transforming many underperforming commercial real estate projects into cash flowing high return investments.
Before joining MHW in early 2018, Dan owned and operated a successful real estate brokerage and management company. He handled several retail centers in the Houston area totaling over 400,000 square feet and maintained every aspect of the accounting for over 35 million in annual revenue. As a principal for MHW Property Management and the sponsoring Broker for MHW Brokerage Services, Dan continues to work diligently as a fiduciary for his clients.
When not closing deals, Dan spends time with his family at home in Spring. He is a tech enthusiast that enjoys traveling, cheering on his sons at their sporting events and assisting in community events.
